Our story
Helping children thrive — and helping families feel held.
Care to Inspire was founded by clinicians, parents, and educators who believed ABA could look different. Warmer. More family-centered. Rooted in dignity and joy for every child.
When our founder’s nephew was diagnosed with autism, the family hit a wall of waitlists, clinical jargon, and care that felt transactional. They knew there had to be a better way — one that wrapped the whole family in support, not just the child.
That experience became Care to Inspire. We built the agency we wished existed: BCBA-led, deeply individualized, and designed around what really matters to families — connection, autonomy, and small wins that add up to whole new lives.
“Every plan we write starts with a single question: what does your family want the next year to feel like?”
Today we serve families across the New York area with in-home, center-based, and hybrid programs. Every member of our team — from BCBAs to RBTs to administrative staff — is trained in our compassionate, assent-based approach.
Our values
What guides every decision we make.
01
Dignity first
Every child is a whole person, not a behavior to be modified. Assent and autonomy guide our work.
02
Family as expert
Parents and caregivers know their child best. Our job is to amplify what you already know.
03
Joy in the process
Therapy should feel like connection — not work. We follow your child’s lead toward what lights them up.
04
Honest measurement
We track what matters: real-world skills, family quality of life, and your child’s comfort along the way.
